Your information

Privacy policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This policy explains how Thrive Total Solutions uses personal information when you visit this website, contact us or register your interest in our AI webinars and 1:1 support.

Privacy contact

For privacy questions or requests, email data@thrivetotalsolutions.com.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us through our registration form or when you contact us. Depending on what you choose to provide, this includes your name, email address, webinar or 1:1 interests, answers about your learning needs, how you heard about Thrive, email preferences and correspondence. We also keep a record of marketing consent and any withdrawal of consent.

Our website and service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and requests to their services to deliver and protect the website and form.

Registering your interest is voluntary. We need your contact details to respond or send the updates you request. Optional marketing consent is not a condition of making an enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information in general enquiry fields.

Why we use it

Your marketing choices

You can register an interest without joining our ongoing newsletter. An enquiry alone does not add you to ongoing marketing. We use your details for Thrive’s own communications; we do not sell your details or share them with partners for their marketing.

You can object to direct marketing or withdraw consent at any time. Use the unsubscribe option in our marketing emails or email unsubscribe@thrivetotalsolutions.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.

Service providers

We use Microsoft Forms to collect registrations, alongside email, website hosting and website display service providers. They process information needed to deliver those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary for legal claims. We do not share your details with partners for their marketing.

International processing

Our providers operate internationally and may process information outside the UK. Where required, transfers need UK-recognised adequacy arrangements or appropriate contractual safeguards. For details of the arrangements applying to your information and how to obtain relevant safeguards, contact data@thrivetotalsolutions.com.

How long we keep information

Subscribers: if you subscribe to Thrive’s updates, we keep your contact details while your subscription remains active and the information is needed for that purpose. We review our mailing list annually and remove information we no longer need. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Enquiries and event interests: we keep information while handling your enquiry or providing the updates you requested. Once that purpose ends, we delete information that is no longer needed, unless there is a specific legal reason or an unresolved issue requiring retention. These records are also reviewed annually.

Opt-out and consent records: we may retain a minimal record of your consent or unsubscribe request for as long as needed to demonstrate your choices and prevent unwanted marketing. An unsubscribe record is not used to send further marketing.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy of information you supplied. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise your rights, email data@thrivetotalsolutions.com. We normally respond within one month and may ask for information to confirm your identity. Where the law allows an extension, we will explain why.

We do not use the registration information to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Cookies and external services

The website’s own code does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The embedded Microsoft form and hosting services may use cookies or similar technologies for their own functions. The Microsoft Privacy Statement explains its use of these technologies. You can also open the form directly using the separate-window link beside it.

Your browser lets you manage or block cookies, although blocking them may affect external services such as the registration form.

Questions or complaints

For privacy concerns, email data@thrivetotalsolutions.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our services or data practices change. The date above shows when it was last updated. If a change requires new consent, we will ask for it.
